Information Required for Your Order
Please provide the following details:
Graphic Design (Ads, Dog Presentations):
* High-Resolution Images:
For print: 300 dpi,
For web: 72-300 dpi
* KC (pedigree/pet) names
* Champion titles and health test results (if applicable)
* Names of sire and dam (if you'd like them displayed)
* Kennel name and contact details (website, email, or social media)
Additional Requests:
* Logos, graphics, background preferences, dimensions, etc.
* Submit the ad text exactly as you'd like it displayed in a typed format (email or text document). Screenshots or photos of text are not accepted.
Important Notes:
** We are not responsible for the quality of photographs provided.
** Only two revisions are included in the graphic design price.
** Final files will be delivered in JPG or PDF formats. (Layered files are not included.)

Vector Logo Design:
* Reference Photo: Of your dog, cat, or horse.
* Brand Information: Kennel, business, or company name.
* Additional Requests: Any specific ideas or preferences you have.
Logo Design Process:
* 3–5 initial draft concepts will be provided.
Up to two revisions of one concept are included in the price.
Adding an extra animal or a major redesign after completion will incur additional fees.
Revisions Policy:
** A revision includes minor changes like color or typography adjustments.
Significant design changes (e.g., starting over with a new concept) are not considered revisions and will require additional costs.
** For logos with unlimited revisions, please contact us to discuss pricing.
Final Deliverables:
** Logos are delivered in vector and PNG formats, along with complimentary mock-up presentations.

Website Design:
Please provide the following details:
* Choose Your Package: Select the web package that suits your needs.
* Submit photos and text for each web page in a clearly labeled email or folder.
* Share your preferred color schemes, fonts, and design styles.
* Include links to websites you like for inspiration (please note we do not copy designs).
Header Graphics:
* If you’d like a custom header image, provide all photos beforehand.

** Web hosting is not included in the web package price.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Once your logo or graphic design is finalized and delivered, you receive full commercial usage rights.You may use, print, and promote the final design across all media, including merchandise, branding, websites, and marketing materials.
You may also apply for trademark registration if you choose.
Intellectual Property Notice
While you hold full rights to use and protect the final design for your business, the original artwork, design files, sketches, concepts, and creative process remain the intellectual property of Design by IS.
This means: You may not claim authorship of the design. The design may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred to third parties. The design may not be altered or modified by third parties without written permission. Unauthorized reproduction, editing, tracing, or modification of the original files is strictly prohibited.
What Remains With the Designer
Design by IS retains the right to display the completed design — including unused concepts — in the designer’s portfolio, website, and social media, strictly for the purpose of showcasing work.
This does not affect your usage rights in any way.
For long-term brand protection, we recommend registering your logo for copyright or trademark protection.

Content for Your Project
You confirm that all text, photos, graphics, logos, or other materials you provide are either owned by you or that you have full permission to use them.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit.
Design by IS is not responsible for proofreading, verifying accuracy, or ensuring legal compliance of any provided content.

Payment Methods
Payments are primarily accepted in EUR, with USD and USDT available by prior agreement.
Full payment is required before work begins, and the client is responsible for covering all transaction or transfer fees.

Refunds & Cancellations
Once work on your project has begun, no refunds can be issued.
If you need to cancel before work starts, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Portfolio Use
We are proud of our work and reserve the right to showcase any completed designs — including unused variations or concepts — in our portfolio and promotional materials.

Design by IS reserves the right to update pricing, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking our website periodically to stay informed of any changes.
